Sunday Morning Smoothie

A fresh smoothie is a great way to get the day started instead of eating something heavy or greasy. This is a super simple smoothie that you can make on the weekend when you wake up, after a workout or even in a rush right before you leave for your work day. All you need to do is:

Blend together in a blender or food processer:

1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries

1 cup coconut water

a few scoops of greek yogurt

1 banana

Optional: Add 1 tablespoon of manuka honey for extra sweetening

Pour into your cup of choice and enjoy!
